Contra Costa County Office of Education

The Contra Costa County Board of Education acts as the County Committee on School District Organization, which reviews proposed changes in school district boundaries. The staff contact person for County Committee matters is Deputy Superintendent Denise Porterfield, 925.942.3418. Meetings and hearings have no fixed location, as the County Committee is required to meet at locations in specific school districts where boundary issues are being addressed and considered. Therefore, please note meeting location on each agenda.
