General Services provides the following:

Facilities Planning: Provides strategic planning for housing of students, demographic studies, site acquisitions and mandated requirements.
Construction Management: Provides construction management for all COE capital projects, testing and inspection.
Maintenance and Operations: Provides maintenance, repair and operational management of all COE facilities, integrated pest management and asbestos abatement.
Purchasing: Provides management of all COE asset and supply purchases; construction bid processes; coordinates E-Waste recycling program for all districts and warehouse operations.
Transportation: Transportation Services fills transportation needs for COE and SELPA special education programs and maintains the agency vehicle pool.
